425 South Central Park Avenue Chicago, Illinois 60624 Driving Directions: E on I-290 to Exit 26A (Independence) E on Harrison 1 block to Central Park Left (N) 1 block OR W on I-290 to Exit 26B (Homan), W on Congress Parkway 2 blocks to Cental Park, Right (N) Directions on CTA Take the Blue Line (Forest Park Branch) to the Kedzie-Homan stop. Walk west on the platform to Homan. Turn right (north) onto Homan and then take an immediate left (west) onto Congress. Go two blocks to Central Park Avenue and the church is on the corner.
